IMS - International Motorsport Solutions

IMS, International Motorsport Solutions, is an Australian owned and operated company. IMS is a motorsport
focussed business and in 2008 will introduce and distribute a range of the highest quality products to the
Australian motorsport industry.

Directors Simon Ingram and Regine Gerick, have returned to Australia from Europe in 2007.Simon has spent 8
years working in International Motorsport, predominantly as a specialist service provider to major oil companies
who participate in International Motor Racing. Simon's primary role has been managing the supply and distribution
of racing fuels and racing lubricants for controlled fuel supply contracts on behalf of oil companies.

In addition, Simon has experience developing global motorsport strategies with oil companies and racing
organizations, implementing business strategies on a national and international level, developing technical
partnernships with motorsport teams and conducting research & development with racing teams for racing fuel
and racing lubricant product development.

Over the years Simon and/or IMS staff have attended all CIK Karting World & European Championship events 2001,
2002, 2003, 2004, as representative & official fuel tester,European Le Mans series 2002, FIA GT Championship,
2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, European Touring Car Championship 2004, World Touring Car Championship 2005, 2006,
Renault World Series Formula Renault V6,2004,2005 Formula Renault 2000 European 2004,2005, Le Mans Series
